New Year, New Charities
Supporting charity is an important part of our school and linked to one of our school values, Be Kind.
We had a successful 2023/24 charity year supporting nominated charitie
s Save The Children, Guide Dogs and The Martin Gallier Project, led by Mrs Clemenson. This contributed to us receiving Schools of Sanctuary Award.
New Charity Lead Mrs Dooley will be supported by our new Charity Ambassador Alfie. The ballot and voting has been done for our 2024/25 charities. This year pupils nominated:
International - Oxfam
National - Dog Meat Trade Dachshund Rescue & Support Group (DMT DRSG)
Local - Jackson’s Animal Rescue
It is wonderful to see how our pupils are thinking of others in difficult or challeng
