SENsational STEM Science Fair: Making STEM accessible for all

We were proud to host a Science Fair, the first of our collaborative SENsational STEM events. We welcomed local schools Co-op Academy Bebington, Hilbre High, Oldershaw High and Claremount Specialist Sports College, joined by a group of our own pupils.
The aim was to provide pupils with SEND a totally accessible and interactive STEM experience that will inspire, engage and promote curiosity in a safe, supportive environment with a focus on:

Digital Literacy
The carousel of sessions included Sports Science and Forensics, and hands-on activities mug printing, hovercrafts and the group favourite, water rockets! The morning felt a real success all round and the children left with a huge sense of achievement. We look forward to developing the working partnerships.
